The final will be closed book. You are allowed to bring 3 cheat-cheat notes (letter size, two sided). Please remember to bring the calculator. Cell phone is not allowed to be used for calculator.

The coverage of the final includes ch6-12. You will have 3 or 4 big problems with several small subquestions. No extra credit problems for the final. There should be enough time. Please check your calculation carefully. Make sure you get the followings: calculate the mean and variance of the linear combination of variables, CI and testing for one population, CI and tesing for two population (independent and paired data), ANOVA and regression. Remember you will have different conditions to check for different settings and you have to be able to distinguish them.

I will hold one more office hour session from 1:30 pm to 8:30 pm this Sunday 04/26/2013 in Thomas 420. Please call my office ((814) 865-2719) in case Thomas is locked.

Your final grades will be assigned by the rules set in the syllabus. I will calculate the letter grade from the raw grades using R. Note that Angel does not give the correct grades. I will get your final grade posted by Wednesday. No curvings.
